Purchase Request (PR) in MyxFin allows users to request items or services needed by the business before creating a purchase order. This module helps streamline the procurement process by tracking requests, ensuring that approvals and records are properly managed.

💡 Take note: Only transactions without reference or with cancelled reference to Purchase Order will be available for voiding.

Editing a Transaction:

✔️ You can edit a transaction as long as it is not yet posted or cancelled.

1. Undo Edit button to cancel editing.
2. When the form is in editing mode Save button will activate.
